He has over 25 years of experience in mining geology and exploration. He worked more than two decades as Mine Geologist and Chief Geologist at various underground and open pit mining operations with major Canadian mining companies. He has extensive experience in organization and management of a mine geology department as well as planning and supervision of definition and exploration drilling programs. He has been involved in resource and reserve estimation of a variety of gold and base metal deposits. Hrayr Agnerian, P.Geo., Associate Principal Geologist, has extensive experience in mineral exploration activities, from project generation through management. He has worked in a variety of geological environments across Canada, as well as internationally. Mr. Agnerian has worked on a variety of projects involving estimation of mineral resources and reserves of gold, massive sulphide and uranium deposits, gemstones and industrial minerals. Richard Routledge, P.Geol., P.Geo., Associate Principal Geologist, has more than 35 years of international experience that has included most aspects of mineral exploration for base and precious metals, diamonds and industrial minerals, as well as the evaluation and valuation of mining properties, due diligence audits and reviews for financial institutions and the preparation of independent reports for securities commissions. He has participated in scoping studies and estimated resources and reserves for gold, nickel-copper-platinum group metals, volcanogenic massive sulphide, uranium and iron ore deposits and has been involved in audits of reserves for major porphyry copper, volcanogenic massive sulphide, copper oxide, chromite, hard rock and placer gold, and diamond deposits. Ms. Nakai-Lajoie's mineral resource evaluation experience includes resource estimation and block/resource modelling. Mr. de l’Etoile is experienced in computer programming of applications for the mining industry. He contributed to the development of the Geostat Software Library. Mr. de l’Etoile’s international consulting experience includes assignments in Papua New Guinea, USA, China, Africa, South America and Russia. She has been involved in exploration and mining projects and operations in Africa (including South Africa, Namibia, Sierra Leone, CAR, Angola, Senegal, and Liberia), Australia, South America, Russia and the UK.Helen has undertaken various mineral resource assessments using Datamine and Surpac. Helen returned to the UK in 2003 and completed a MSc in Geotechnical Engineering which was used for two years in a consulting environment.
