Graham Clow, President and CEO, Principal Mining Engineer
Graham Clow, P.Eng., President and CEO, Principal Mining Engineer, is a senior mining executive with more than 35 years experience in all aspects of mine exploration, feasibility, finance, development, construction, operations and closure. His experience ranges from the high arctic to the tropics, in base and precious metals and industrial minerals. He has been responsible for mergers and acquisitions for public companies. Mr. Clow's experience includes financing, development, and management of open pit and underground mines, start-ups, feasibility studies, due diligence, and troubleshooting and management consulting for mines.
Bill Roscoe, Chairman, Principal Geologist
William Roscoe, Ph.D., P.Eng., Chairman, Principal Geologist, was a founding partner of RPA in 1985. Dr. Roscoe has extensive experience in mineral exploration, mineral resource and mineral reserve estimation, reviews using both conventional and geostatistical methods and valuation of mineral properties, supervision of exploration projects and monitoring of exploration joint ventures. He has particular expertise in the preparation of qualifying reports and assessment of advanced projects.
Deborah McCombe, Executive Vice President – Business Development, Principal Geologist
Deborah McCombe, P.Geo., Executive Vice President – Business Development, Principal Geologist, has over 30 years experience in exploration project management, reserve estimation, feasibility studies, due diligence and valuation studies on base metals, precious metals, and industrial mineral projects. She has worked in diverse geological settings in North and South America, Asia and Africa. Prior to joining RPA, Mrs. McCombe was Chief Mining Consultant for the Ontario Securities Commission. Mrs. McCombe is the author of numerous articles and presentations prepared to assist mining companies, lawyers, and mining and engineering professionals in a better understanding of the Canadian disclosure rules for mineral projects.
Richard Lambert, Executive Vice President – Operations, Principal Mining Engineer
Richard Lambert, P.E., P.Eng., Executive Vice President – Operations, Principal Mining Engineer, has 29 years of international experience in mine operations and management, mine engineering, project evaluation and financial analysis. He has been project manager and lead technical advisor for many mine financings, mergers, acquisitions, and privatizations. Mr. Lambert has extensive experience in mine cost estimating and is skilled in management from project start-up to production, maintenance and mine planning. Mr. Lambert has been involved in coal, industrial minerals, base metals and precious metal mining projects around the world.
Wayne Valliant, Executive Vice President – Geology, Principal Geologist
Wayne Valliant, P.Geo., Executive Vice President – Geology, Principal Geologist, has more than 30 years of wide ranging experience including reserve estimation, feasibility studies, project management, mine development, and mine operations. As a consultant, he has carried out numerous assignments, for a variety of commodities, in North, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Prior to his work as a consultant, Mr. Valliant held senior management and technical service positions in underground and open pit mining operations. His responsibilities included coordinating engineering and geological departments at operating and developing mines, pit design, long/short range planning, grade control and surveying, as well as property evaluations.
Holger Krutzelmann, Vice President – Metallurgy and Environment, Director of Studies and Standards, Principal Metallurgist
Holger Krutzelmann, P.Eng., is Vice President, Metallurgy & Environment and Director of Studies and Standards for RPA. Holger is a Principal Metallurgist with over 40 years of operating and metallurgical experience in the mining industry, including base metal, potash and gold operations. He has spent more than 15 years working in major engineering firms on the design and implementation of new projects. His previous operating positions range from operator to surface superintendent, as well as chief metallurgist in base metal plants, and gold plants utilizing pressure oxidation. Mr. Krutzelmann has extensive managerial experience on multi-sized projects and studies. His project experience involves work in several countries, including Australia, Canada, Cuba, Greece, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and the USA.
