Jacques Gauthier, Eng., P.Eng. Manager of Engineering – Québec, Principal Mining Engineer, is based in Québec City. Mr. Gauthier has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. During his career, he has held key roles for various mines located in Northwest Québec and participated in many mine expansion and development projects. He has also managed, and participated in feasibility and prefeasibility studies for projects in Ontario, Québec and Burkino Faso.

Mr. Collins, P.E., General Manager – Denver, Principal Mining Engineer, has 25 years experience in due diligence evaluations, technical reports, conceptual to feasibility studies, open pit and underground mine engineering, mine development, and operations on projects of various sizes. He has modeling and mine planning experience for both open pit and underground gold and base metal mines utilizing different software platforms. Mr. Collins has extensive skills in mining construction, cost estimating and control, budgeting, scheduling, economic evaluations, mining and civil construction project layout and design, civil roadway and earthwork design, hydraulics engineering, pump/piping design, well design, and drainage studies.

Jason Cox, P.Eng. Director – Mine Engineering, Principal Mining Engineer, specializes in project management, mine design, cost estimation and cash flow forecasting. Mr. Cox has 15 years of experience in all stages of mine development; resource and reserve estimation, engineering studies, construction, operation, and closure. As Director of Mine Engineering, Mr. Cox leads project teams in engineering studies, with responsibility for the final product, reviews metal price guidance for the company, and conducts peer review of mining work.

Normand Lecuyer, Eng., P.Eng., Principal Mining Engineer, has over 30 years' experience in the design, operation, and management of underground mines in Canada and abroad. He has considerable experience in the consulting business and has been involved in numerous assignments, including technical evaluations, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, and due diligence reviews.

Dennis Bergen, P.Eng. is an Associate Principal Mining Engineer with more than 30 years experience in corporate and site management, mine development and operations, and mine engineering. He has extensive experience in project evaluation and acquisition for public companies. His experience includes senior operating responsibilities at a number of mines and projects in northern Canada. He also has international project experience in the North and South America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and China.

Robbert Borst, C.Eng., is an Associate Principal Mining Engineer with 28 years of experience in operating underground and open pit mines, as well as consulting, in Canada and abroad. He has worked in senior capacities at gold, base metals and diamond mines, with responsibilities including mine management and design and planning. His experience also includes feasibility studies, project management, and exploration and mining project evaluation.

John Postle, P.Eng., Associate Principal Mining Engineer, provides mining consulting services to a number of international financial institutions, corporations, utilities and law firms. He has been involved in a variety of assignments, including valuations of mineral projects, review of feasibility studies, monitoring of mine construction, reviews of ore reserves, estimation and confirmation of operating and capital costs, conceptual mine design, and cash flow modeling.

Yves Galarneau, Eng., is a Principal Mining Engineer with over 27 years experience in the mining industry. He has worked on many projects, principally in northwest Québec. During his career he has worked as project engineer, chief engineer, mine captain, project manager and mine consultant. His experience includes feasibility studies, mine start up, and working in engineering and operation departments.

Marc Lavigne, Eng., is a Senior Mining Engineer based in Québec City. Mr. Lavigne has over 20 years experience in the mining industry. During his career, he participated in, or managed, many feasibility and pre-feasibility studies for underground and open pit mines. Mr. Lavigne's experience also includes ore reserve estimation, mine design, equipment selection, estimation of capital and operating costs, production schedules and financial analysis.

Daniel Rolph, P.Eng., Senior Mining Engineer, has over nine years experience in mining engineering, operations management, third party mining agreements, business planning, and technical sales. His experience includes underground mine planning, design, and scheduling; underground and open pit operations supervision and contractor management. Mr. Rolph has particular experience in the design and operation of underground cut-and-fill mining operations, as well as experience in shotcrete ground control solutions and numerical stress modeling.

Mr. Ehasoo, P.Eng., is a Senior Mining Engineer with ten years experience in all stages of mine development; from construction to reclamation. His experience includes project evaluation, due diligence reviews, open pit mine design and permitting, resource modeling, pit optimization, and mine scheduling. Mr. Ehasoo has worked on coal, gold, silver, base metals, iron ore, laterite nickel, and rare earth projects in North and South America, Europe, and Asia.

John Boyce, P.Eng., Associate Senior Systems Engineer, has been providing project and mine evaluation support to evaluation engineers, exploration staff and operating mine staff. This work includes orebody modelling, open pit design, geological database development and management, and engineering application systems analysis and design. Mr. Boyce has used Gemcom mining software extensively.

Leo Hwozdyk, P.Eng., Associate Mining Consultant, has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Hwozdyk's mine contracting experience spans the management of large-scale mining projects, including; production and development, shaft sinking, and installation of major surface infrastructure. Areas of expertise range from conceptual mine design and capital and operating cost estimates to detailed mine design and optimization.

Timothy Smith, E.I.T. is a Senior Mining Engineer based in Denver, Colorado. He has five years experience in the mining industry. Mr. Smith specializes in 3D modeling, mine design and mine scheduling. Mr. Smith is an experienced user of Vulcan and MineSuite software and has also used a variety of software packages including AutoCAD, AggFlow 2008, Machine Manager/Aquila, MineScape, MineSight, MineStar and SurvCADD.

Julianne Keech is an Engineer in Training with experience in mine design. She is a user of Whittle, Gemcom, and RocScience software.
