Our business primarily involves providing independent opinions on mineral resources and mineral reserves, technical aspects and economics of mining projects, valuation of mining and exploration properties and scoping, prefeasibility, and feasibility studies. For chartered banks and offshore banks, we have carried out a number of due diligence and project monitoring assignments. We have completed assignments on projects located in all parts of Canada, the United States, Russia, Latin America, Australia, and in other countries in Africa and Asia.

Our personnel are Senior Geologists and Mining Engineers with extensive experience in the mining and exploration industries. The Principals of the company, William E. Roscoe, Ph.D., P.Eng. (Geologist), Graham G. Clow, P.Eng. (Mining Engineer), and James W. Hendry, P.Eng. (Mining Engineer), have considerable experience in their respective fields. Individuals on our senior staff have been involved and/or led the development of mining projects and, collectively, have held responsibility at a senior level for more than fifteen operations.
