Bill Roscoe has been a Consulting Geologist and Principal of RPA since its founding in 1985. Among the services he provides are ore reserve work, valuation of mineral properties and exploration projects. Previously, he was a Senior Associate with David S. Robertson & Associates and prior to that he worked for a number of years with two major mining companies. He was a member of the Queen's University Advisory Council for Engineering from 1988 to 1990.

Dr. Roscoe has extensive experience in mineral exploration, ore reserve estimation, and valuation of mineral properties. As a Consulting Geologist since 1981, he has been involved in numerous assignments, including ore reserve estimates and reviews using both conventional and geostatistical methods, assessment of exploration and mining projects, valuation of mineral properties, management and supervision of exploration projects, preparation of qualifying reports, and monitoring of exploration joint ventures. He has particular expertise in estimation of ore reserves, valuation of exploration properties and assessment of advanced projects.

Dr. Roscoe has a B.Sc.(Eng.) from Queen's University and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Geological Sciences from McGill University. He is a member of several professional associations and has published extensively on economic geology, ore reserves, and valuation of mineral properties.

Graham Clow is a Consulting Mining Engineer and Principal of RPA. He is a senior mining executive with more than 30 years experience in all aspects of mine exploration, feasibility, finance, development, construction, operations, and closure. His experience ranges from the high arctic to the tropics, in base and precious metals and industrial minerals. He has been responsible for mergers and acquisitions for public companies, including their implementation. As a senior consultant with another respected Canadian consulting firm, he has provided clients with advice on investments and operations. He is Past Chairman of the Metal Mining Division of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy, and Petroleum, and was a Member of the Committee on Ore Reserve Definitions. He currently chairs the Committee on Production Cost Reporting Standards, a joint effort of the CIM and the Canadian Securities Administrators.

Mr. Clow's experience includes financing, development, and management of open pit and underground mines on three continents, start-ups, preparation and implementation of feasibility studies, negotiations with governments and indigenous peoples, due diligence, and troubleshooting and management consulting for mines. Prior to joining Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., Mr. Clow held senior executive positions, including C.E.O. and operating responsibility for several publicly listed mining companies.

Mr. Clow has a B.Sc. in Geology and a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University. He is a member of the following associations: Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and Society of Mining Engineers, AIME. Mr. Clow has published articles and addressed professional groups.

Mr. Hendry is a Consulting Mining Engineer and Principal of RPA. He has extensive experience in operations and engineering. Over a career of more than 25 years, he has attained a solid background in mining operations and development with extensive hands-on experience spanning diverse mineral commodities and mining technologies around the world. His industry career is marked by consistent, proven contributions adding value to many diverse mining enterprises. He has proven trouble shooting and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrated through the application of creativity and innovation to surmount complex technical and operational challenges. He has extensive experience in ore reserve estimation and mine planning using the most modern computer modeling.

Mr. Hendry has an extensive background in coal, base metals and precious metals operations, including mine management, mine design and new project development. His experience includes operations evaluation and optimization, project feasibility studies, financial modeling and analysis, environmental management, mine closure planning and site reclamation.

Prior to joining Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., Mr. Hendry worked in senior executive roles for mining and exploration companies including: Vice President of North American Operations and Vice President of Mining for Black Hawk Mining Inc., and Vice President of Engineering with Granduc Mining Corporation.

Mr. Hendry has a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University. He is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Past Chair of the Metal Mining Division; Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada; and Society of Mining Engineers, AIME.

Stewart Wallis is a Consulting Geologist with RPA, and General Manager of our Vancouver office. Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Wallis managed the Vancouver office of a large multi-national consulting firm, and was Managing Director of another consulting firm that worked worldwide for a number of public and private companies.

Mr. Wallis has over 30 years experience in all facets of mineral exploration, due diligence and has assisted in prefeasibility, and feasibility studies. More recently he has completed numerous Technical Reports compliant with National Instrument 43-101 under the Canadian Securities regulations. He has worked world wide on both precious metal and base metal deposits located throughout North, Central, and South America as well as SE Asia, China, Russia and Europe. During the past 15 years, Mr. Wallis was involved in the discovery or acquisition and exploration of a number of gold deposits in the USA and Canada.

Mr. Wallis has a B.Sc., Geology Degree from McMaster University. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC. Mr. Wallis is registered as a Wyoming Professional Geologist and is a Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG). He is also a member of a number of other professional associations.

Bernard Salmon is a Consulting Geologist with RPA based in Rouyn-Noranda, Québec. Among the services he provides are mineral resource and mineral reserve work, geological advice to operating mines and advanced exploration projects, participation in feasibility and prefeasibility studies, and evaluation of exploration projects. Previously, he was Chief Geologist with Aur Resources Inc. at the Louvicourt Mine and prior to that he worked at several mining operations as Chief Geologist and Mine Geologist with Inmet Mining Corporation, Minnova Inc. and Falconbridge Copper Corporation.

Mr. Salmon has extensive experience in mining geology, mineral resource and mineral reserve estimation, and organization and management of a mine geology department. He has been involved in resource and reserve estimation of a variety of gold and base metal sulphide deposits for more than two decades. He has familiarity with both manual and digital estimation methods, and has extensive experience with block modelling using geostatistical techniques. As Chief Geologist at several mining operations, he has been involved in staff hiring and supervision, planning and supervision of departmental activities, planning and supervision of drilling programs, budgeting and cost control, layout of stopes and development, liaison with mine planning and operations departments, and annual estimation and reporting of mineral resources and reserves.

Mr. Salmon has a degree in Geological Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique, Université de Montréal. He is registered as a professional engineer with the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and has published a number of papers and given presentations on mineral deposits.

Hrayr Agnerian is a Consulting Geologist with RPA. Previously, Mr. Agnerian was a District Geologist with a major provincial Crown Corporation, where he was responsible for organization and management of exploration projects and monitoring of exploration joint ventures. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Project Geologist with senior and junior mining companies. Mr. Agnerian is fluent in Armenian, French, and Spanish. He has a working knowledge of Arabic, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Turkish.

Mr. Agnerian has extensive experience in mineral exploration activities, from project generation through management. He has worked in a variety of geological environments across Canada, as well as in Armenia, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Guyana, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Suriname, Tanzania, the United States and Venezuela. As a Consulting Geologist since 1987, Mr. Agnerian has worked on a variety of projects involving estimation of Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves of gold, massive sulphide and uranium deposits, gemstones and industrial minerals. Mr. Agnerian has also carried out numerous valuations of mineral properties and has prepared technical (qualifying) reports. He maintains an extensive database of mineral property transactions worldwide.

Mr. Agnerian has a B.Sc. Degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, a Diploma in Mining Exploration from Delft, the Netherlands, and a M.Sc. (Applied) Degree from McGill University. He is a member of several professional associations and has published on the uranium deposits of the Athabaska Basin in Saskatchewan, the Vezza Gold Deposit in northwestern Québec, the copper, gold and silver deposits of Chile, the Contour Method of estimating resources and valuation of exploration properties.

 
oJohn C. Boyce, P.Eng.

John Boyce is a Senior Systems Engineer with RPA. Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Boyce worked for Noranda Inc. for 25 years in various capacities in computer and information systems. For the past decade, he provided project and mine evaluation support to Noranda's evaluation engineers, exploration staff and operating mine staff. This work included orebody modelling, open pit design, geological database development and management, and engineering application systems analysis and design. Mr. Boyce has used Gemcom mining software extensively.

Mr. Boyce has a B.A.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario. He has taken courses in geostatistics for ore reserve estimation and grade control, and in mine evaluation and scheduling.

Bruce Brady is an Associate Consulting Mining Engineer RPA. Mr. Brady has over twenty years of production and engineering experience in both underground and open pit mining in North America and overseas. He has production experience at large and small scale operations at all levels, from underground miner to mine manager. In addition, Mr. Brady has performed the functions of project engineer, planning engineer, pit engineer, and grade control engineer as well as supervisory roles in mining engineering. He is fluent in French.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Mr. Brady managed a small underground hard-rock mine, mill, and rotary kiln complex as in-house supplier to one of the manufacturing divisions of a large multi-national corporation. For the past 11 years, as a consultant, Mr. Brady has carried out due diligence assignments, worked at a gold mine in West Africa, and participated in feasibility study work. He has worked on feasibility, due diligence and technical report assignments in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia.

Mr. Brady has a B.Eng. Degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University. He is a Professional Engineer and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, where he has served on several committees.

 
oGeorge Cargill, Ph.D., P.Eng.

George Cargill is an independent Consulting Geologist and Consulting Engineer associated with RPA. Until 1987, Dr. Cargill was a Senior Consulting Geologist working world-wide with a major multinational mining company and, previous to that, was District Manager, Eastern Canada for a predecessor company.

Dr. Cargill has over 25 years of extensive experience in all facets of mineral exploration, from project generation and planning through to execution and management, as well as in mining geology, property assessment and resource estimation. In Canada he has extensive experience in both the Shield and the Cordillera. Dr. Cargill also has considerable experience in the western United States and Alaska. Offshore, he has been involved in mineral exploration in such diverse places as China, Ghana, Thailand, Philippines, Ireland, Portugal, Brazil, and Chile.

Dr. Cargill has a B.A.Sc. Degree from the University of Toronto, a M.Sc. Degree from Queen's University at Kingston and a Ph.D. Degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of several professional associations and has published on the porphyry and copper gold deposits of the Cordillera in B.C.

Barry Cook is an Associate Consulting Geologist with RPA. Mr. Cook had a successful 34 year career as an exploration geologist with Cominco Ltd, rising to the position of Manager, Exploration, Eastern Canada. While with Cominco, he had extensive experience throughout Eastern and Northern Canada, Greenland, Western Europe, and Southern Africa. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of geological models and geological terrains. The various commodity groups and deposits that he has worked on include Cu, Cu-Pb-Zn, Pb-Zn, Au, Ni, PGE, and U. Since retirement Mr Cook has been active in consulting with client firms including Noranda, Teck Cominco, Phelps Dodge, and RTZ.

Mr. Cook has a B.Sc. (Eng.) and M.Sc. (Eng.) from Queen's University. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and as a Professional Engineer/ Professional Geologist in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. He is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists. He also has a working knowledge of French.

Jason Cox is a Senior Mining Engineer with RPA. He has eight years of experience in the mining industry. Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Cox worked in a variety of operational capacities, from underground miner to Senior Mine Engineer.

Mr. Cox has experience in base metal mining in diverse environments at mines in various stages of development, from start-up and operations to closure and reclamation. His specialty is arctic mining within permafrost.

Mr. Cox has a B. Sc. Degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University at Kingston. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.

Luke Evans is a Consulting Geological Engineer with RPA, with over 17 years of mineral industry and consulting experience. Previously Mr. Evans was a Senior Project Geologist with a major multinational mining company and has also worked for several junior mining companies. He has been involved in many of RPA's assignments including supervising the Ontario Drill Hole Database project, resource and reserve estimates and audits, geostatistical studies, valuations of mineral properties and due diligence.

Mr. Evans has worked on gold, silver, base metals, copper, iron ore, sulphide and laterite nickel, and uranium projects, worldwide, including USA, Mexico, Cuba, and Kazakhstan. He has extensive experience with Gemcom, MS Access and other software for estimation of resources and reserves, geostatistical studies, database management and validation. Mr. Evans is fluent in both English and French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Mr. Evans graduated with a B.A.Sc. Degree in Mineral Exploration from the University of Toronto and obtained a M.Sc. (Min. Ex.) Degree from Queen's University. He is registered as a Professional and Consulting Engineer in Ontario.

Neil Gow is an independent Exploration Consultant associated with RPA. Until 1984, Mr. Gow was Vice President, Exploration with a major multinational company, both in Canada and Australia. Since 1984 he has consulted for a large number of Canadian, U.S. and Australian clients.

While Mr. Gow's work was primarily centred in Canada and Australia, he was also involved in projects in Southwest Pacific, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Central and South America. During more than thirty years in mining and mineral exploration, Mr. Gow has been involved in most facets of exploration for a variety of commodities and as part of a team in the assessment of major acquisitions. As well as base metals and gold, he has extensive experience in bauxite. During the past ten years, Mr. Gow has worked on resource and reserve estimation, valuation of mining properties and qualifying reports.

Mr. Gow has a B.Sc.(Hons) Degree from the University of New England, Armidale, NSW. He is a member of the Geological Association of Canada, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Andrew Hara is an Associate Mining Engineer with RPA. Mr. Hara has more than thirty years experience in the mining industry with a proven record for designing and building and operating successful mines. He has worked on numerous mining projects in different countries. His areas of expertise include mine evaluation and rationalization, due diligence, feasibility studies, budgeting and project management, mine design, safety, and technology.

Mr. Hara had a successful 15 years career with Noranda, rising to the position of Director of Mining, responsible for providing technical mining support to all the operations as well as the corporate due diligence team. Following his retirement from Noranda Inc. in 2001, Mr. Hara has carried out numerous consulting assignments on mining projects in many areas of the world.

Mr. Hara has a B.Sc. (Honours) in Engineering from the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy, Krakow (Cracow), Poland. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Leo Hwozdyk is an Associate Mining Consultant with RPA. Mr. Hwozdyk has over 26 years of significant technical, consulting, projects and operations experience in the mining industry. He has held various senior level engineering-management production positions in underground mechanized track and trackless operations, as well as truck and shovel open pit operations.

Mr. Hwozdyk's mine contracting experience spans the management of large-scale mining projects, including; production and development, shaft sinking, and installation of major surface infrastructure. As a consultant, with international experience, he has managed technical due diligence audits of projects for the purpose of identifying sell, develop and acquire options for clients. Additional areas of expertise range from conceptual mine design and capital and operating cost estimates to detailed mine design and optimization. Mr. Hwozdyk has successfully managed the development and implementation of operation performance enhancement initiatives that have resulted in substantial cost benefits by increasing productivity and profitability. He has worked on feasibility assignments in Kazakstan, Armenia and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mr. Hwozdyk has a Mining Technology Diploma from Haileybury School of Mines and a B.Sc. Degree in Mining Engineering from Queens University. He is registered as a Professional Engineer of Ontario and is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.

Eric Landry is a CAD/Graphics Administrator with RPA. Prior to joining RPA, Mr. Landry has over 25 years in the mining exploration sector, he worked for Noranda Inc. Exploration Department for 18 years in various capacities in computer drafting and technical support. He provides CAD/Graphics technical support to clients for Exploration, Engineering, Environment, Business Development, and other requirements. Mr. Landry is experienced in Autocad, MapInfo, CorelDraw, and PowerPoint, as well as other software.

Jim Pearson is an Associate Consulting Mining Engineer with RPA. Mr. Pearson has over thirty years of significant operating, development, consulting, and financial experience in the mining industry. He has held various senior level engineering and management positions in underground operations. His mine contracting experience spans the management of large-scale mining projects to include production and development, shaft sinking, and installation of surface infrastructure. Mr. Pearson has an excellent knowledge of project financing and the business aspects of project development. Mr. Pearson has been on assignment in both Russia and Uzbekistan where he was involved in the evaluation of a number of gold mining operations and projects.

Mr. Pearson has a B.Sc. (Honours) Degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University. He is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) and Past Chairman of the Metal Mining Division of the CIM.

John Postle is Consulting Mining Engineer with RPA. He was formerly a Principal and was a founding partner in 1985. Mr. Postle provides mining consulting services to a number of international financial institutions, corporations, utilities and law firms. He worked several years for two major mining companies at a number of open pit and underground operations in both operating and planning capacities. Mr. Postle is a Past Chairman of the Mineral Economics Committee of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), and was appointed a Distinguished Lecturer of the CIM in 1991. In 1997, he was awarded the CIM Robert Elver Mineral Economics Award. He is currently Chairman of a CIM Standing Committee on Ore Reserve Definitions.

Mr. Postle has extensive experience in mining operations, planning and management. As a mining consultant, he has been involved in a variety of assignments, including valuations of mineral projects, review of feasibility studies, monitoring of mine construction, reviews of ore reserves, estimation and confirmation of operating and capital costs, conceptual mine design, and cash flow modelling.

Mr. Postle has a B.A.Sc. Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. Degree in Earth Sciences from Stanford University. He is a Member of several professional associations, and has published articles and addressed professional groups.

David Rennie is a Consulting Geologist with RPA in Vancouver. Mr. Rennie is a mining geologist with expertise in resource and reserve estimation and mine property exploration. Prior to joining Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. he worked for several major Canadian mining companies as a self-employed Geological Engineer. Mr. Rennie has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Mr. Rennie has worked as Chief Geologist and Chief Engineer for a gold-silver mine in southern British Columbia. He was responsible for the training and supervision of technical staff, property exploration, ore reserve estimates, claim status and property evaluations. Mr. Rennie has extensive experience in computer applications to mining, using mining specific software packages, database programs and AutoCAD.

Mr. Rennie has a B.A.Sc.(Geological Engineering) Degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. and the B.C. and Yukon Chamber of Mines.

David Ross is a Senior Geologist with RPA. Mr. Ross has worked for several major multinational mining companies and junior exploration companies. He has more than ten years of experience in mineral exploration, including five years of international work. Prior to joining RRA, he was a co-founder of Geologic Business Solutions Inc., a contract company focused on advancing exploration properties using leading technologies.

Mr. Ross has experience in porphyry copper and gold, epithermal and mesothermal gold, and Mississippi Valley-type zinc. He managed field exploration teams from grassroots through to drill-stage in Indonesia, Canada, Mongolia, Chile, and Mexico.

Mr. Ross has a B.Sc. degree in Geology from Carleton University and a M.Sc. Degree in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University. He is a member of several professional associations and is registered as a Professional Geologist in Ontario.

Rick Routledge is a Consulting Geologist with RPA. Previously, Mr. Routledge managed exploration projects for several junior mining companies and was a Senior Geologist responsible for mineral property evaluation and acquisition and commodity research with a major Canadian mining company. He has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.

Mr. Routledge's 29 years of industry experience have included most aspects of mineral exploration for base and precious metals, and industrial minerals, as well as the evaluation and valuation of mining properties and the preparation of qualifying reports for securities commissions. He has estimated reserves for gold, base metals, uranium and iron ore deposits and has been involved in audits of reserves for major porphyry copper, copper oxide, gold and diamond deposits. Assignments have been undertaken in most provinces and the NWT of Canada in addition to the USA, Central and South America, Africa and FSU countries of central Asia.

Mr. Routledge has a B.Sc. (Geology Major) Degree from Sir George Williams University and a M.Sc. Degree in Applied Mineral Exploration from McGill University. He is a member of several professional associations and is a Professional Geologist licensed by the Northwest Territories. His publications include uranium resource evaluations in the USA and deep overburden drilling and heavy mineral sampling in northern Ontario.

Kevin Scott is a Consulting Metallurgist with RPA. Mr. Scott has more than 15 years experience in a wide variety of aspects, including feasibility studies, process plant design and engineering, plant operations, and metallurgical testing. Prior to joining RPA, he managed the process plant design for a ferronickel smelter at the Onca-Puma Project in Brazil for a junior mining company. His consulting activities have encompassed all aspects of metallurgical process development and flowsheet design on many laterite ferronickel, copper, nickel, iron ore, and gold projects. Kevin has worked in senior positions with SNC-Lavalin Engineers & Constructors Inc. in Toronto, AMEC Simons Ltd. in Vancouver, and Betchel Corporation in Chile, the USA, and Canada, carrying out consulting assignments for numerous clients, including Inco Ltd., Falconbridge Ltd., Billiton, Anglo-American, and Teck Cominco. He worked in operations at Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting as a metallurgist and supervisor.

Mr. Scott has a B.A.Sc. degree in Metals and Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario and British Columbia.

Wayne Valliant is an Associate Consulting Geologist with RPA. He has more than thirty years of wide ranging experience including reserve estimation, feasibility studies, project management, mine development, and mine operations. His background includes twenty years of senior management, technical service positions in underground and open pit mining operations, in both Canada and abroad. He has participated in due diligence studies, scoping studies, prefeasibility studies, mineral resource/reserve and grade control evaluations in North, Central and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Mr. Valliant has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Carleton University. He is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. He has a working knowledge of Spanish.
