William E. Roscoe, Ph.D., P.Eng. Position: President & Principal Email: Bill Roscoe has been a Consulting Geologist and Principal of RPA since its founding in 1985. Among the services he provides are ore reserve work, valuation of mineral properties and exploration projects. Previously, he was a Senior Associate with David S. Robertson & Associates and prior to that he worked for a number of years with two major mining companies. He was a member of the Queen's University Advisory Council for Engineering from 1988 to 1990.
Dr. Roscoe has extensive experience in mineral exploration, ore reserve estimation, and valuation of mineral properties. As a Consulting Geologist since 1981, he has been involved in numerous assignments, including ore reserve estimates and reviews using both conventional and geostatistical methods, assessment of exploration and mining projects, valuation of mineral properties, management and supervision of exploration projects, preparation of qualifying reports, and monitoring of exploration joint ventures. He has particular expertise in estimation of ore reserves, valuation of exploration properties and assessment of advanced projects.
Dr. Roscoe has a B.Sc.(Eng.) from Queen's University and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Geological Sciences from McGill University. He is a member of several professional associations and has published extensively on economic geology, ore reserves, and valuation of mineral properties.
