Neil N. Gow, P.Geo. Email: Neil Gow is an independent Exploration Consultant associated with RPA. Until 1984, Mr. Gow was Vice President, Exploration with a major multinational company, both in Canada and Australia. Since 1984 he has consulted for a large number of Canadian, U.S. and Australian clients.
While Mr. Gow's work was primarily centred in Canada and Australia, he was also involved in projects in Southwest Pacific, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Central and South America. During more than thirty years in mining and mineral exploration, Mr. Gow has been involved in most facets of exploration for a variety of commodities and as part of a team in the assessment of major acquisitions. As well as base metals and gold, he has extensive experience in bauxite. During the past ten years, Mr. Gow has worked on resource and reserve estimation, valuation of mining properties and qualifying reports.
Mr. Gow has a B.Sc.(Hons) Degree from the University of New England, Armidale, NSW. He is a member of the Geological Association of Canada, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
