Graham Clow is a Consulting Mining Engineer and Principal of RPA. He is a senior mining executive with more than 30 years experience in all aspects of mine exploration, feasibility, finance, development, construction, operations, and closure. His experience ranges from the high arctic to the tropics, in base and precious metals and industrial minerals. He has been responsible for mergers and acquisitions for public companies, including their implementation. As a senior consultant with another respected Canadian consulting firm, he has provided clients with advice on investments and operations. He is Past Chairman of the Metal Mining Division of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy, and Petroleum, and was a Member of the Committee on Ore Reserve Definitions. He currently chairs the Committee on Production Cost Reporting Standards, a joint effort of the CIM and the Canadian Securities Administrators.

Mr. Clow's experience includes financing, development, and management of open pit and underground mines on three continents, start-ups, preparation and implementation of feasibility studies, negotiations with governments and indigenous peoples, due diligence, and troubleshooting and management consulting for mines. Prior to joining Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., Mr. Clow held senior executive positions, including C.E.O. and operating responsibility for several publicly listed mining companies.

Mr. Clow has a B.Sc. in Geology and a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University. He is a member of the following associations: Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and Society of Mining Engineers, AIME. Mr. Clow has published articles and addressed professional groups.
