Kevin Scott, P.Eng. Email: Kevin Scott is a Consulting Metallurgist with RPA. Mr. Scott has more than 15 years experience in a wide variety of aspects, including feasibility studies, process plant design and engineering, plant operations, and metallurgical testing. Prior to joining RPA, he managed the process plant design for a ferronickel smelter at the Onca-Puma Project in Brazil for a junior mining company. His consulting activities have encompassed all aspects of metallurgical process development and flowsheet design on many laterite ferronickel, copper, nickel, iron ore, and gold projects. Kevin has worked in senior positions with SNC-Lavalin Engineers & Constructors Inc. in Toronto, AMEC Simons Ltd. in Vancouver, and Betchel Corporation in Chile, the USA, and Canada, carrying out consulting assignments for numerous clients, including Inco Ltd., Falconbridge Ltd., Billiton, Anglo-American, and Teck Cominco. He worked in operations at Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting as a metallurgist and supervisor.
Mr. Scott has a B.A.Sc. degree in Metals and Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario and British Columbia.
