Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. performs independent technical due diligence studies required for project loans by banks and public financings. The objective of the due diligence studies is to provide assurance that the technical information supporting the new mining project or expansion of an existing program has been developed in a thorough and professional manner. The reasonableness of the overall project and individual aspects are discussed and summarized. Due diligence studies review or audit the mineral resources and mineral reserves, mining and processing aspects, capital and operating costs of the deposits, the current operations, infrastructure, and permitting status. The property site is visited. In addition, the feasibility study and technical material are reviewed, the estimated capital and operating costs are compared with similar sized operations in similar locations, and the plant operation and cash flow statements are examined. The appropriate metal or mineral market is examined and interviews with market experts performed.
Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. retains Hatch professionals to review the metallurgical, marketing and environmental aspects of the due diligence study. |
