Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. provides services in management of exploration properties. This includes providing the necessary field staff, negotiating drill contracts and other exploration agreements (subject to client approval), overseeing the exploration program and administration of the mineral properties. Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. prepares regular progress reports and, upon completion of the program, a final report is prepared. In addition, separate assessment reports are filed with the mining recorder's office, on behalf of the client.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance of Exploration Work
Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. has reviewed the work practices and security measures used by a number of Canadian Junior mining companies on exploration projects in Canada and abroad. RPA can provide independent assurance that exploration work programs meet or exceed standard industry practice and ensure that exploration data is reliable for public disclosure, resource estimation or other uses.
Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. has carried out a number of assignments related to reviewing and implementing quality control/quality assurance procedures, reviewing sample preparation and analytical protocols, compiling check assay statistics, taking independent verification samples, providing technical editing of corporate disclosure, and database verification.
Project Generation And Management
Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. has generated a number of gold and base metal exploration projects in northwestern Québec for Canadian junior mining companies. This work involves compilation of previous exploration data by private companies and data from government publications. Upon selection and staking of prospective areas systematic exploration work is carried out on behalf of the client. This work includes detailed geological mapping and prospecting, geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys, trenching and diamond drilling.
Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. retains subcontractors to carry out the field work and manages the exploration program with permanent personnel. This includes selection and negotiation of contracts for staking, geophysical surveys and diamond drilling. Upon completion of the exploration program Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. prepares a report containing all the results of the current program. These reports are prepared in accordance with the "Best Practices and Reporting Guidelines for Exploration and Mining Companies" recommended by the Mining Standards Task Force.
As a continuing part of the project management, Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. prepares assessment reports to be filed with respective regulatory authorities in different Provinces. These reports include documentation of sufficient assessment credits to keep the claims in good standing for the maximum time possible. In addition, we monitor the status of the claims to ensure that sufficient assessment credits are applied prior to the anniversary dates.
Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. personnel are Qualified Persons (QP), with relevant experience in various commodities, for the purpose of carrying out exploration programs for clients.
Joint Venture Monitoring
Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. personnel have extensive experience in monitoring exploration joint ventures. This includes numerous uranium exploration projects in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan and in Labrador, base metal and gold exploration projects in the Abitibi Region of northern Ontario and Québec, and other parts of Canada. |
